Processing Parameters (Lab scale) Mixing and Refining of Ingredients (Ball Mill)

Weigh all ingredients and put in ball mill. Start ball mill.

Operating Speed: 70 – 80 rpm

Operating Temperature: 50 – 55oC

Operating Time: 1 – 2 hours

Desired particle size: 15 – 20 micron

Depositing

Deposit spread in packaging material at a temperature of 40 – 45oC.

Cooling

Short cooling at a temperature between 8 – 10oC for 24 to 48 hours before going for the final storage.

Storage

Storage should be at temperature less than 25oC.
